Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for any products or services purchased from Marshall Air. If you have had a demonstration we cannot offer a refund as the item is brought in person.
Before making a purchase, customers are encouraged to review all product descriptions, service details, pricing information, and terms carefully. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction is final and non-refundable.
In the event of a billing error or duplicate charge caused by our processing system, please contact us at thehubbrackley@btinternet.co.uk within 14 days of the transaction so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted and become effective immediately upon publication.
